Also known as "Surowa" or "White" Kielbasa, this Old-World sausage comes uncooked and unsmoked in a hog casing. Perfect for boiling and a Must Have for Easter! 

One ring is about 2lbs

Requires cooking before can be served. Place Sausage in a pot, cover with water and bring up to boil, lower heat and simmer partially covered for about 30 minutes.


Ingredients: Pork, Water, Salt, Spices
