For the best freshness possible, we ship all packages once per week on Mondays (excluding holidays) to make sure they arrive by the weekend. The cut-off time for having a package shipped as timely as possible (assuming all products an order are in-stock) is end-of-day on Friday.
***If shipping to areas colored in purple on the map below, you must choose expedited shipping (3-day or faster). We will NOT ship Ground to these areas since the items may not arrive at food-safe temperatures.***
We vacuum-seal all meat and cheese items and ship them in an insulated cooler reusable gel packs. Please be aware that may cause some items to arrive frozen. Most of our products can be frozen once received. When ready to use, thaw out in the refrigerator the day before cooking.
