SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders placed by Sundays are generally packaged and shipped Monday-Wednesday (assuming all products are in-stock and a shipping cooler has been purchased to accommodate any perishable goods ordered)

***CHRISTMAS 2024 DEADLINE***: Last day for placing Christmas orders is Sunday December 8th.  After this date, our online store will be temporarily closed for the remainder of the holiday season.

PLEASE NOTE:
We vacuum-seal all meat and cheese items and ship them in an insulated cooler reusable gel packs**. Please be aware that may cause some items to arrive frozen. Most of our products can be frozen once received. When ready to use, thaw out in the refrigerator the day before cooking.

Express shipping is required for many western and southern states. Please see map below.
